It's Modern Warfare 3 vs. Skyrim - but who came out on top?

I think we could all guess that MW3 was going to beat Skyrim. I'm not happy about it, but that's what happened and it was obvious that it would.
Modern Warfare 3 comes in at No. 1, knocking last week's No. 1 - Battlefield 3 - down two places to No. 3.
Unfortunately, Skyrim has to settle for 2nd place, but still manages to be the biggest opening weekend for Bethesda EVER! Beating Fallout: New Vegas with nearly twice as many copies sold!
The only other new entry this week is (*facepalm*), Moshi Monsters: Moshling Zoo which comes in at No. 7. I can't believe that a Moshi Monsters game beat Arkham City in the top 10! (*facepalm's again*).
Re-entering the top 10 this week is Wii Party shooting up the chart from No. 38 due to the launch of a new Wii bundle.
